Steve Bazsuly
Chairman Steve Bazsuly is the Vice Chairman of SCA and Presidential Holdings Inc. Steve
brings almost four decades of business experience to the
company. In his early years he was an apprentice in the building
trades before enlisting in the military. He served with the Army
Security Agency in Europe and closed out his military career
with the HHC 14th Military Intelligence Battalion as an analyst.
After his military service he joined the investment firm of
Shearson Hammill. His position included reviewing branch
operations, office compliance and later became a registered
representative with the firm. Steve left the investment and
brokerage industry in the early 70's and made a career change to
real estate.
His experience in the building trades and his architectural
education in his earlier years drew him into real estate sales
and marketing, development and construction. Steve's building
accomplishments include commercial shopping centers, single
family homes, golf course design and development, apartments,
condominium and industrial projects. As an adjunct to his career
in real estate he set up a sales and marketing company in the
Far East. He lived and traveled extensively in the Pacific Rim
and had partnership arrangements in Taiwan, Hong Kong, the
Philippines and Japan. The experience of trading in the
international market place positioned him in opening an import
export business that along with his construction and land
development company was sold to his Asian partners in the early
1980's.
In the mid 1980's he set up a real estate sales and marketing
company in Texas for a major savings and loan. He worked
extensively in disposing of REO properties throughout the
nation. The portfolio of properties that was under his
management included approximately 1000 homes, 1000 apartments,
raw land, commercial warehouses and office buildings. As a means
of marketing the foreclosed properties he published the National
Foreclosure Journal. The journal addressed the Savings & Loan
issues of the day and highlighted the foreclosure opportunities
around the nation. He also authored a "How To" book titled
Help-U-Build. The book advised the reader how to build their own
dream home totally on their own thus saving them thousands in
builder costs.
In the early 1990's he left Texas and returned to Florida to set
up a consulting firm. The company client list includes Fortune
500 companies, public and privately held companies around the
world. The scope of his business experience includes mergers,
acquisitions, finance, manufacturing, food service, vending,
building, construction, Internet, web site development. Steve
has lived and traveled extensively in United Kingdom, Ireland
Germany, Russia, Hungary, Greece and other EU countries.

companies that are in the real estate related businesses, air
charter, homeland security, military, first responders,
